Chinese counterfeiters have operated with impunity for decades
OnlineSecurity Investigators, using iProtect Network technology, were able to identify
over 30 websites in China and other Asian countries that promoted the sales of counterfeit
technology products. The contents of the websites were downloaded, encrypted and digitally
notarized. Once the evidence was preserved, our Internet investigators, using sophisticated
techniques, were able to identify the physical locations of the violating domains.
This information was provided to local law enforcement and to the Internet service
provider, who immediately terminated the infringer's domain service.
