	William (Bill) Reilly Posted: Jan 15 2003 Contributor William Reilly is a GIAC-certified network security attorney based in California. Mr. Reilly has over 6 years experience in Internet technology and network security in Copenhagen and San Francisco. He developed Denmark's first secure online e-commerce credit card website and worked with several network software development companies in Copenhagen. Mr. Reilly has a law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he was a member of the USF Law Review and Special Assistant to Prof. J. Thomas McCarthy, author of the treatise McCarthy on Trademarks and Unfair Competition. Mr. Reilly is also a certified network incident handler (GCIH) and advanced hacking techniques from SANS GIAC. He has spoken at several major network security conferences in the US and Europe, including DefCon. He also has written numerous law review and magazine articles on hacking and the law.
